General
The magnetic particle testing equipment adopts two operating modes, one is automatic mode, and the other is manual mode, and it is collectively controlled by imported programmable logic controller (PLC). In manual mode, each function can be independently operated in steps; in automatic mode, the equipment may automatically perform PLC internal program and realize semi-automation of a series of actions, including tightly clamping work-piece, turning, spraying, resultant magnetization, rotating for observation, demagnetization, loosing and unloading after manually loading material. Current flow method is adopted in circumferential direction, and centre conductor method is adopted in longitudinal direction, alternating magnetic fields of two-way phase difference are simultaneously applied to the surface of work-piece so as to defect omnibearing crack. AC magnetization and phase controlled circuit breaker has relatively high residual magnetism stability, which is suitable for flaw detection by adopting continuous method and further has relatively high inspection efficiency.
