General Description: 
CrackCheck Sirius series handheld NDT inspection lamps are portable lamps based on the most advanced UV LED technology.The lamps feature 4 powerful UV-A (365 nm) LEDs plus a convenient white light LED to quickly switch between fluorescent inspection and flaw location. 
Their broad-beam configuration produce an extremely wide coverage area, making them ideal for both handheld and in-line applications. These non-destructive testing uv led lamps are famous for their super high intensity, ergonomic design,compact size and light weight. 
Available in two models to meet your specific inspection requirements which include high-intensity and standard-intensity versions,each with or without a black light filter.

CrackCheck-Sirius multifunctional uv led NDT lamp,designed for NDT. Uv light plus white light in the darking room.

The light’s ultraviolet radiation is generated by special high performance UV-LEDS.the LEDS generate a UV light with a wavelength between 360 to 370nm and peak radiation at approximately 365nm. This corresponds to UV radiation in the so-called UVA range. Since the UV-LED does not generate any dangerous UVB or UVC radiation.

During non-destructive testing of componerants are stimulated to glow through the UV-LED light causing cracks to become more visible to the observer and the image processing system.

Due to the very narrow spectral range of the UV-LED light,the generated UV light can be perfectly adjusted to the pigments in the liquid penetrant.this allows for a more accurate determination of cracks or faults compared to other UV sources,such as mercury vapor lamps.

Starting from a distance of approx 38cm. The radiation intensity decreases as the light gets further away from the components. In the practice of non-destructive material testing, the distance from the UV light to the work piece should exceed 38cm.

Even illumination of the test surface is important to ensure detection of cracks.
